Application 

XJ-PM50 is a monofunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of silicone rubber. Safe processing temperature: 85°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min.). Typical crosslinking temperature: 110°C (rheometer t90 about 12 min.)

When crosslinked with XJ-PM50 , the peroxide decomposes into chlorine-free decomposition products, means no polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) are generated.

With XJ-PM50, silicone rubber compounds can be cured without external pressure. 

XJ-PM50 can be incorporated easily into a silicone rubber compound on a 2-roll mill.

XJ-PM500 is equivalent to Pergan PEROXAN PMB-Paste 50 SI, Nouryon Perkadox PM-50S-PS .
